During the holidays, I decided to upgrade my 23andMe results to the current V5 chip, it was a $79 deal going, so I decided to purchase it, the new kit arrived right before New Years Day, & I sent the kit, & I just got my new results last night, very sooner than expected, the estimated days were from January 24 to February 7, so in a way, it's a nice late Christmas gift, but also a nice early birthday present, as my birthday is next month.
Here are the old results with the V4 chip, when I first tested back in 2016:

Here are the brand new upgraded results with the V5 chip:

So it's pretty much similar, with very minor differences, I have higher Italian & Ashkenazi, but my North African, Sub-Saharan African, & Filipino decreased a bit.
I'm also 0.4% Eastern European, which is likely either from the Visigoths (who had some Slavic origins), or from my Native American side (from ANE).
It also says that my indigenous comes from the Yucatan Peninsula & somewhere around Puebla, which is not very accurate, most of my Amerindian comes from Northern Michoacan, & only 1/3 of my Mexican ancestry is from Jalisco (Los Altos de Jalisco to be more specific) being my paternal grandfather & my mother's maternal grandfather, the rest of my family is from Northern Michoacan.
Instead of Castile & Leon being my 2nd biggest Spanish region, now it's Galicia, but my main one is still Andalusia, & my 3rd one is still Basque, I traced most of my Spanish ancestry to Andalusia.
But nevertheless, I'm still mostly Spanish & Native American.
