Both of these women are half korean

One has a indian parent, so is most likely 30%ASI

One had a filipina parent, so most likely has 3%ASI

Do you see a difference??

Well it’s not just asi that impacts your phenotype, it’s literally all the components in the other parents genome that also impacts your phenotype, of course an Indian and Korean will look nothing alike and their kids will look different even if the Indian theoretically had zero ASI (impossible scenario) but it’s funny people are think phenotype is determined by one component- there’s a reason why different south Asian ethnic groups and tribes look different from each other, it’s more complex than just one component.

Also the half Indian girl isn’t necessarily 30% asi unless her parent some kind of deep southern Indian, if her parent is from the north than she could be 15-25% ASI
