That is Umut Meraş, a Professional Footballer from Turkey, and his phenotype is Anadolid with some North-Indid admixture(looks like he has either Punjabi, or Romani Gypsy heritage).
Umut Meraş doesn't look like an Ethnic Turk of Mongol/West-Turanid Phenotype.
If I where to guess Umut Meraş ethnicity, I would say he's Indo-Iranian Zaza with some Romani Gypsy heritage, and not ethnically Turkish, cause he don't have any Eurasian/Turanid features, such as the slanted eyes, broad cheekbones, nor a shorter head shape, so definitely, not ethnically a Turk, but probably a Zaza with Roma Gypsy mixed blood.
