I don't think it has anything to do with it. When the Armenid type is mixed with other Europeans, it looks like a mixture of an Asian and a European. You can't tell apart from the Central Asians.

She was half Greek and half Armenian. The reason why the girl looks like a Turanid is the effect of the Armenid type.
