You included the Republics of Bashkortostan,Tatarstan,Komi,Udmurtia,the Nenets Autonomous Okrug,Perm Krai and the Orenburg and Kirov Oblasts as part of siberia they are not in siberia they are in the Volga region

I agree. Many Northern and Western Iranians, as well as Northern Levantines, can have skin tones within the range commonly seen among Southern Europeans. They also share some overlapping facial features and are Caucasoids. So, from a facial morphology and complexion standpoint, I have to agree. 👍
