kurds and afghans do NOT look alike . compare and contrast

i have seen many people in forums claim that kurds and afghans look alike .

people seem to think that because both groups are iranic speakers that this means that we look alike . but that is nonsense . there is no such thing as "iranic look" to begin with since the iranic speakers are many different ethnic groups with many differences . for example yagnobis are iranic , balochis are iranic . tell me how they look alike . give me a break .

and ossetians are iranic too yet you will not see many people linking ossetians and kurds regarding looks even though we overlap 1000x more with ossetians than with afghans both lookwise and genetically . i have even seen some claim that ossetians are not iranic other than their language ....what the fuck does that mean ? they say that only because ossetians are closest to other caucasus peoples . but as i said we kurds are closer to ossetians than to pashtuns ....WAY closer . yet this is not taken into account . double standards much ? give me a fucking break


afghans fucking dont look like kurds . and they dont look like other northern west asian peoples either (except some individuals) . of course there are afghans who will look like northern west asian people . some afghans can even look polish like or something . but in general afghans look VERY foreign to me . very few of them could pass as my ethnicity and they look very different from us . it is very obvious

afghans have a shit ton of south asian / AASI . which we kurds dont have

afghans have a lot less early european farmer . we kurds have a lot of it

afghans have less caucasus hunter gatherer admix than us

afghans are geographically very far from us . look at a map

afghans inhabit a different natural environment / fauna than us

afghans are genetically pretty far from us . just for the record we are comfortably closer to greeks , albanians , south italians , bulgarians than to afghans . if you dont believe me i can show you

Yea the blondeness is one thing. But yes, agreed. They actually look closer to north Indians or light Pakis than they do with Kurds or Turks. I even say they look a bit closer to Gypsies than with Kurds.
