You have bushier eyebrows, coarser hair, you have olive skin while his is lighter, his eyes are light brown going on hazel and your eyes are more deep set. Just listed 5 differences.

bushier eyebrows, deeper set eyes and coarsier hair don't make someone more exotic looking. They make someone more masculine looking. There is a difference. Also, the difference between our eye colors and skin tone are not big. Not saying that I am lighter than him or we are exactly the same color but you are exaggerating the differences and the things you perceive as making me more exotic make no sense as I already explained

it was a half-exaggeration, but it can make you more ethnic.

Not really, at least not in all cases. For comparison, my hair is coarser than his but you can find South Asians compared to whom I have coarser hair. That does not mean that me having coarser hair than some South Asians makes me more exotic looking than them lol.furthermore, deeper set eyes never makes anyone more exotic looking. If you actually look at it South Asian and Black people have front set eyes but their eye region looks buggy and more exotic than the eyes of someone that are deeper set. And also, bushier eyebrows do kinda make someone more "ethnic" looking especially if they eyebrows are dark in color but to a certain extent and in certain circumstances. Finally, as I said before there is not a big difference in our skin tones and we are both some sort of variation of East Mediterranid phenotype. That dude is probably mostly pontid and I am some form of east mediterranid which is similar to his + west mediterranid/atlanto med. Exoticiness comes down to the skull shape and complexion and the difference is minor between me and him in those aspects. Actually, even a few members here on this forum have told me that I look similar to the guy in those pictures

Yeah, people look similar across ethnic lines all the time, perhaps in a few features eyeshape, headshape, etc those examples I can see the similiarities between you and the guy. Not necessarilly every given "ethnic" feature. I hope you know what I mean.
