Yes as more digging will be done unfortunately many more casualties will be found with it.
I don't know if it was felt in Georgia, but didn't you say thay there were a follow up mini earthquake in your area?

I see but it would make sense even if some little earthquakes did happen in your area since it's located ln the anatolian plate. Apparently, the arabian and anatolian plates slid against each other and that's what caused that massive earthquake at the intersection point of the two plates which is located in SE Turkey.

As far as I know, our fault line is not connected with SE Anatolia. But idk, i just read someting like this few days ago.

Well bursa is located on anatolian plate whereas Georgia is located on eurasian plate and egypt is located on african plate. Of the shockwaves and earthquake was felt on those plates then it wouldn't be too illogical if some tiny shockwave was felt as an aftermath of the earthquake.

Anyway, all over turkey is a big earthquake belt. In 1999, the earthquake happened right here (gölcük/kocaeli - the province in the north of bursa) and 20k people died.
but this earthquake's magnitude even more than 99's.

20K is a lot of people. That's sad. Anatolia, Caucasus and Iranian Plateau are very seismically active regions. My parents and grandparents remember an earthquake that happened in Spitak, Armenia in 1988. 22K people died as a result of that earthquake and it was so devastating that several huge shockwaves were felt in Tbilisi. My mom was on the lesson at school and she said that the whiteboard fell down from the wall and the who building was shaking.

That's a good guess. Probably. However, are the buildings in SE Turkey any better than the Soviet buildings? Were the buildings in western anatolia in 1999 much better than soviet buildings? probably not.
